Filament Settings

Zyltech Filament Settings:

• High Speed High Flow PETG:
  • Nozzle Temperature: 220-270C
  • Bed Temperature: 70-90C
  • Acceleration 10,000-20,000 mm/s2
  • Max volumetric speed up to 35 mm³/s at 270C (as limited by hotend, you might need to lower the number to 30 mm³/s for X1C and 25 mm³/s for older printers)
  • Maximum volumetric speed testing result:
  • 35 mm³/s for 0.4mm nozzle at 270C (35 mm³/s on A1 with factory stainless steel nozzle, 29-31mm³/s on X1C with factory stainless steel nozzle, 35 mm³/s with aftermarket highflow nozzle)
  • 37 mm³/s on A1 with factory 0.6mm hardened steel nozzle at 270C
  • 40 mm³/s on A1 with factory 0.8mm hardened steel nozzle at 270C
• PETG
  • Nozzle Temperature: 230-270C
  • Maximum Fan speed after 3rd layer: 40%
  • Maximum volumetric speed: 10 mm³/s
  • Important: Outer wall and top surface acceleration: 1000 mm/s²
