Of course! Everyone has a different definition of a bulk order, so please contact us with the item name, quantity you are looking for and other information that would be helpful so we can get you a quote!

Can I make a change to my order?

If you find an error on your order confirmation, please contact us immediately! Please note once your order has been placed and accepted, we are sometimes limited on the changes we can make.

Can I purchase an item without a monogram?

Yes, pricing is the same with or without personalization. Please enter XXX as your monogram - that’s our internal code to ship an item blank.



Return Policy

What is your return policy?

At Avenue J, we create custom products that are made to order and are personalized to your exact specifications. Please make sure you are happy with your personalization and custom requests. We only accept returns if the product received is defective or there is a mistake on our end. If the product you received is defective or there is a mistake please contact us within 3 days to arrange for your order to be remade and shipped to you. Stock items, those not personalized, may be returned within 7 days of delivery as long as it is new, unworn and the tags are still attached. Please contact us immediately in regards to your wish to return an item.



I received my order and something is wrong. What do I do?

What is the warranty on your products?

Each product is a little different; some of the products we sell have shorter warranties than others. If you have a question about a product warranty, just ask! We want to stand behind our products and make our customers happy, please contact us if you have a concern.


Turn Around Time (TAT) and Shipping

Will I receive a tracking number for my shipment?

Yes! Our standard method of shipping is with USPS (first class or priority mail). Once you’ve received the email with the tracking number, please allow 12-24 business hours for the postal service to process the package, as it must be scanned at the location of departure before you are able to follow the shipment.




How long does it take to get an order?

At Avenue J, we create products that are made to order and personalized to your exact specifications. Our production time is usually 5-7 business days (this does not include weekends or holidays). We may run production faster, however, when ordering please expect your orders within this time frame plus shipping time (USPS 3 days to 7days depending on your location). If you are in need of a rush order, please contact us.

What happens if my package is returned?

We will contact you via email as soon as your package is returned to our warehouse. If the package was returned due to an inaccurate or incomplete address given at the time of your order, we will ask that you pay an additional standard shipping charge for the second shipment.



Do I need to add the rush fee?

If you are asking the question, the answer is most likely yes! We suggest adding the rush if your order is time sensitive. This fee moves your order to the top of our production schedule and reduces processing time. Check the Turn Around time page on our website for standard processing times. If you still have questions, please contact us with the item(s) you are interested in, your shipping address and your deadline!

What is the turn around/processing time?

Processing time refers to the amount of time it takes our staff to make the personalized items ordered and does not include the transit time it takes to reach you once the order has left our facility. Our processing time is generally 3 to 7 business days (this does not include weekends and holidays).



Can I pick up my order locally instead of paying shipping?

We would love for you to come by the store and pickup if you are local to our store! Choose pickup as your shipping option upon checkout and you will be notified when your order is ready.
