Production Time
At Avenue J Collections, we create products that are made to order and personalized to your exact specifications. Our production time is usually 5-7 business days (this does not include weekends). We usually are faster but when ordering please expect your orders within this time frame plus shipping time. If you are in need of a rush order, please contact us.
Certain times of the year especially holidays are busier than others so our production time is increased. If you have not received your order within 10-14 days after your order has been placed please contact us so we can follow up on your order.
Returns
At Avenue J Collections, we create products that are made to order and personalized to your exact specifications. Please make sure that you are happy with your personalization and custom requests. We only accept returns if the product that you received is defective or if there is a mistake on our end. If the product you received is defective or there is a mistake please contact us within 3 days to arrange for your order to be redone and shipped to you.
Color Variations
Please be aware before ordering that colors may vary when personalizing products. Due to printer calibration and different monitor settings colors may look different upon printing. Products that are printed on different material may also have a slight color variation. This is not a mistake or defect on our end unless there is a significant variance.
